Refurbished retail unit

This project combined a refurbishment of a shop front, remodelling internally and extension to the rear to enlarge the retail area with accommodation above. The property is a listed building and situated in a conservation area and therefore we carried out extensive negotiations with the Planning and Conservation Officers and prepared extremely detailed scheme drawings for which we gained both Planning and Listed Building approvals from the Local Authority.
