Contract administration services

Prepare a standard form of contract and administer the terms of the contract by valuation and certification of stage payments, issue contract instructions and provide approval of the standard of workmanship.

Carry out periodic site inspections of the works to monitor the progress and standard of workmanship for compliance with regulations and the client’s requirements.

Inspect the works when the project is deemed to be complete and issue the practical completion certificate.

Post Construction Stage;

Inspect the works at the end of the Rectification Period (normally 6 months) and instruct the contractor to correct any defects.

Issue the Final Completion Certificate and payment.
