Take clients instructions and prepare initial scheme drawing including plans and elevations.

Present initial scheme to client and finalise drawings.

Advise client of any Local Authority requirements such as Planning permission, Listed Building Consent and any other permission required at this stage.

Carry out pre-planning consultations/negotiations with the Local Authority Planning Officer and/or Conservation Officer.

Preparation of the Planning application forms and any other documentation for submission of an application to the Local Authority.
