Tendering services

Meet with the client to discuss materials, suppliers/manufacturers they would like to use and the level of finish required etc.

Prepare National Building Specification (NBS) for the construction works with all details and information required by a Contractor.

Prepare the tender pack and distribute this to selected contractors to obtain the contractors' priced tender estimates.

Analyse tender returns and provide the client with a tender report by way of tender comparison.
