Small residential first floor extension to form a bedroom and en-suite

The original dwelling had 145m2 of accommodation with excellent views of the surrounding landscape, the brief required the first floor extension to maximise the views whilst complimenting the original dwelling. On this project we designed a 37m2 extension in keeping with the original design and to capitalize on the views. For this we gained both Planning and Building Regulation approval for the Local Authority.
