First floor side extension

Small residential first floor extension to form 2 no. bedrooms and en-suite

The original dwelling had 150m2 of accommodation, the design brief for this project was a first floor side extension. We achieved this by designing a 35m2 extension to compliment the original property, matching the facing brickwork and continuing the façade details through to the extension.
