New build triple garage

This project brief was to design a garage in front of the house.

 

We designed a triple garage which was part built into the ground taking advantage of the sloping site and so not to intrude on the view from the house. We also managed to utilise the top of the garage roof as a balcony to compensate for the space taken up by the garages.

 

For this project we gained both Planning and Building Regulation approval from the Local Authority and were Contract Adminstrator for the works through to completion on site.
