Extensions & alterations to form 11 flats

This project involved the conversion of a single large dwelling into 11 flats.

 

We designed a two storey side extension to both sides, with loft conversions and basement conversion and internal alterations throughout to create 11 seperate flats.

 

For this project we gained both Planning and Building regulation approval from the Local Authority and advised the client throughout the construction phase to completion of the works.
