The original property had 89m2 of accommodation.

Our brief was to enlarge the property as the family was growing and required an additional bedroom, larger kitchen and an enclosed garage.

We designed a two storey 40m2 side extension incorporating the clients requirements and gained both Planning and Buiding regulation approval from the Local Authority.
