Single storey rear extension

This property required an improved replacement for the dilapidated conservatory.

We designed an extension to form a snug with internal alterations to open up the dining room and kitchen to form a modern open living area. The extension we designed is 12m2, and internally opens up to the roof to create a feeling of space.

We provided a full service for this project including gaining a Lawful Development approval, Building Regulation approval, tendering the works, preparing the contract and once on site we were the Contract Administrator for the project through to completion issuing all valuation certificates and completion certifications.
