Large extension and refurbishment

This project involved a residential property which had 270m2 of accommodation and required some elevational modernisation, extensions and internal alterations.

We designed an extended living area with first floor extension and alterations to form 375m2 of accommodation and transformed the elevations of the building to a modern style befitting its location. For this project we gained both Planning and Building regulation approval from the Local Authority.
