Barn Conversion

We were commissioned to create a design to convert a run down barn into a residential house.

Our design is a two bedroom dwelling for this we gained Planning permission, Building Regulation approval, we also prepared tender drawings and advised on the appointment of a Principle Contractor for the works, prepared the JCT contract, and acted as Contract Administrator for the project through to completion on site.
