Extension to an industrial building to form a loading bay

The industrial unit had 1200m2 of floor place and required an enclosed loading bay of 350m2 suitable for lorry deliveries and we created a suitable portal frame extension linking the new loading bay to the existing building within the curtilage of the existing site and gaining both Planning and Building Regulation approvals.
